We analyzed MYB expression using SangerBox, revealing significantly higher levels in AML patients compared to the normal control group (P<0.05), moreover, patients with low MYB expression had a relatively better prognosis than those with high expression (P=0.08), but the difference is not statistically significant, possibly due to the limited sample size (Figure S14A). Here, MYB is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
