We now present a therapeutic approach to prevent thrombotic vascular occlusion using nanoparticles coated with MBB2ΔCH2 to target β2GPI deposited on the endothelium, allowing the β2GPI-targeted nanostructures to act as a protective shield against the prothrombotic effect of patients’ antibodies in a rat model of APS. This evidence concerns the gene APOH and autoimmune polyendocrinopathy.
