Applying the defined cut-off values for 50 patients with cervical cancer after aCRT or pCRT, in the group of patients with numbers of CD133+ CTCs < 2/ml (light blue line, Fig. 5D), numbers of CD49f+ CD133+ CTCs < 2/ml (light red line, Fig. 5E) or numbers of PD-L1+ CD49f+ CD133+ CTCs < 2/ml (light purple line, Fig. 5F) after therapy, RFS after 78 months was 80.7%, 67.6% or 82.4%, respectively. This evidence concerns the gene PROM1 and cervical cancer.
