The Psoriasis Study of Health Outcomes (PSoHO) was a global, 3‐year, observational cohort study in adults with moderate‐to‐severe psoriasis vulgaris that compared the effectiveness of anti‐IL‐17A biologics with other approved biologics.37, 38 In the PSoHO, 64.3% and 55.6% of ixekizumab‐treated patients achieved PASI 90 at 6 and 12 months, respectively.38 Here, IL17A is linked to psoriasis vulgaris.
