To elucidate the role of NT5E (CD73) in HNSCC proliferation and migration, we employed CCK8 assays, which revealed that knockdown of NT5E (CD73) significantly inhibited the proliferation of Detroit562, FADU, HN6, and other cell lines compared with that of controls (Figure 8C). This evidence concerns the gene NT5E and head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
