MAP1LC3B and HIV infectious disease: Consistent with findings published by other research groups, we found that HIV infection marginally increased LC3B lipidation (−0.06 ± 0.13 vs. 0.19 ± 0.23; p = 0.05) and degraded p62 (0.25 ± 0.16 vs. 0.1 ± 0.16; p = 0.01).
