Nectin-4 overexpression has been reported in numerous types of cancer (reviewed in ref. [37]) including breast, bladder, esophageal, lung, gastric, pancreatic, and prostate [38], in addition to ovarian cancer [24]; high Nectin-4 expression in some tumors was associated with disease progression or poor prognosis [15,17,24,39,40,41,42]. Here, NECTIN4 is linked to ovarian carcinoma.
