Follicular lymphomas (with grades 1–2 and grade 3A, now called classic follicular lymphoma and grade 3B now called follicular large B-cell lymphoma in the WHO classification system, respectively) demonstrate expression of CD10, (in approximately 90% of cases [26]), B-cell antigens (including CD19 and CD20), CD38, surface light chain restriction typically without expression of CD5 (Table 1). The gene discussed is MS4A1; the disease is follicular lymphoma.
