Bioluminescence imaging indicated that combined treatment with OXi8007 and paired CKIs (Group 5 anti-PD-1 + anti-CTLA-4) yielded no obvious tumor growth delay, but there was a significantly enhanced tumor survival (median 58 days) compared with either antibody alone or the combined antibodies (Figure 8A,B) (Group 5 vs. Group 7, p = 0.025) (Group 5 vs. Group 8, p = 0.018).
