Pseudotemporal analysis revealed that while effector CD8+ T cells from ND patients showed a continuous state of differentiation with a similar number of cells across pseudotime, almost the entire population of effector CD8+ T cells from R/R patients clustered in the last compartment of pseudotime, indicative of a preference for terminal differentiation in advanced stages of AML [150]. This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and acute myeloid leukemia.
