These studies include predicting genetic mutations predictive of risk including FLT3 and CEBPA mutations in Acute Myeloid Leukaemia19; p53 mutations in prostate and ulcerative colitis-associated cancer20,21; BRAF mutation in melanoma, bladder, colorectal or thyroid cancers22–25; or FGFR mutations in bladder cancer26.
