Comparative analysis of immunohistochemistry (PanCK/CD45) and RNAscope CISH (F. nucleatum) revealed that F. nucleatum predominantly co‐localized with tumour cells (PanCK+) in 19 of 20 ROIs, whereas co‐localization with immune cells (CD45+) was observed in only 1 ROI (co‐localization rate: 95% vs. 5%). This evidence concerns the gene PTPRC and neoplasm.
