Tumour‐promoting proteins associated with cell proliferation and survival, such as active YAP1, Aurora A, CDKs (CDK1‐5), Cyclin A2, IGF2BP1/IMP1, KMT6/EZH2, c‐Met, PCNA, PDGFB, SIRT1, Syndecan‐1, transferrin receptor, and Oct4, were markedly elevated, enhancing cancer cell growth, inhibiting apoptosis, and accelerating cell cycle progression. Here, SIRT1 is linked to neoplasm.
