In the absence of indinavir, infection percentage was reduced from 6.8 ± 3.1% to a mean of 3.3 ± 1.2% following dynamin-2 depletion, and to 1.9 ± 1.1% following IRSp53 depletion, representing transmission of both newly-formed virus and virus from the VCC (Fig 6B and 6C).
