DNM2 and infection: The efficiency of trans-infection was lower in the presence of indinavir, but was still significant, and was reduced from 3.5 ± 1.5% to 1.4 ± 0.8% by dynamin-2 depletion and to 1.1 ± 0.6% by IRSp53 depletion, representing effects on transmission of virus originating from the VCC.
