AKT1 and breast cancer: Considering the efficacy of AZD5363 in the treatment of breast cancer by inhibiting the AKT signalling pathway and the impact of CQDs as a promising drug delivery system, in this study, the combination of AZD5363 with three types of CQDs including, N-doped, S-doped, and N/S-doped CQDs were introduced to investigate the cell death pathway by inhibiting AKT signalling on the MCF7 cell line.
