Across all 5 patients, the pre-treatment MS samples had lower proportions of the CD14+CD68+ myeloid 1 (Mac 1) cluster than did samples from healthy donors, and the frequency of this cluster subsequently increased in all patients after B cell depletion treatment (Figure 1C, Supplemental Figure 1, and Supplemental Data 1). The gene discussed is CD68; the disease is myeloid sarcoma.
