In a validation cohort of 9 patients with MS, the frequency of myelin-specific T cells was significantly decreased after ocrelizumab treatment, and the frequencies of CD45RA–CXCR5+ and CCR6+CXCR3– cells were also decreased in autoreactive CD4+ T cells (Supplemental Figure 13, A and B).
