Altogether, these findings demonstrate that B cell depletion notably altered the CD4+ T cell compartment by reducing specific T cell populations such as Treg Int, Tcm-Tfh, and Tem-Tph and modifying effector gene expression profiles such as repression of NMF6 (Tfh-F) and NMF11 (Th1-F), which may be associated with the therapeutic efficacy of B cell depletion in MS.
