Blocking at the time of infection and the following day (days 0 and 1, d0–1) led to the highest increase in the frequency and the number of TCF-1+SLAMF6+ stem-like T cells, which were formed in the near absence of KLRG1+ TEFF cell differentiation (Fig. 1, B–E; and Fig. S1, A and B). Here, SLAMF6 is linked to infection.
