Interestingly,there are links between MAP17 and the AKT signaling pathway and the development ofPTC, though their exact roles in the disease’s pathology are not fully understood.In our research, we have highlighted the potential association between MAP17 and theAKT signaling pathway in the development of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC).Papillary thyroid carcinoma is the most common type of thyroid cancer, accountingfor approximately 80% of all thyroid cancer cases. The gene discussed is PDZK1IP1; the disease is differentiated thyroid carcinoma.
