Compared with Ag testing, PCR testing averted an additional 0.0008% of infections and increased mean QALYs by 0.00002 (−0.00045, 0.00050) at an incremental net cost of $288 ($229, $348) per shelter resident from the healthcare payer perspective and $294 ($165, $420) per shelter resident from the societal perspective (Appendix Figure 3A and B, available online).
