Chromosome instability (CIN), on the other hand, was more prevalent in the APC only altered cohort (83% of cases), followed by the quadruple wild type cohort (66% of cases) and the quadruple altered cohort (53.5% of cases), while the triple altered group presented the lowest CIN prevalence (35% of cases).
