Igfbp5 was of particular interest because it was the most profoundly down-regulated gene in the lymphedema model (Table S1); the Igfbp5 mRNA levels were reduced by 55% (Figure 1C), consistent with quantitative reverse-transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) analysis, which showed a decrease of 46% (Figure S1). This evidence concerns the gene IGFBP5 and lymphedema.
