PDGFB and neoplasm: Similar to our analyses of human tumors, immunostaining of PDGFBwt mice revealed analogous nuclear localization of PDGFB in tumor cells, which represents approximately 30% of PDGFB+ fluorescent signal, making the PDGFBwt IUE system an optimal paradigm through which mechanistic studies of PDGFB can be executed (Figs. 1b–c).
