To this end, we mixed anti-CD9 or anti-L1CAM immunocaptured EVs from PD patient serum with FDG substrate and two different SβG-labeled-biotinylated anti-α-synuclein antibodies: antibody clone A17183A, which recognizes mainly the aggregated form of α-synuclein (Ab1),18 or antibody clone LB509, which recognizes an epitope in the C-terminal region spanning amino acid 115–125 of α-synuclein (Ab2).19 This evidence concerns the gene L1CAM and Parkinson disease.
