Notably, we found that SP1 could induce Plac1 expression during HNSCC initiation and progression, which was validated by the CUT&Tag‐seq assay and was consistent with previous reports.[57] Our findings lay the foundation for further investigations into the mechanism of carcinogenesis and the development of therapeutics for HNSCC.
