In univariate analyses, the following were found to predict RFS: AFP > 36.8 ng/mL; albumin ≤40 g/L; tumor diameter > 3 cm; the presence of multiple tumors; operation time > 127 min; major hepatectomy; blood loss > 275 mL; duration of postoperative hospitalization > 6.5 d; CNLC stage ≥ IIa; ALICE-CNLC stage ≥ IIa; BCLC stage ≥ A; and ALICE-BCLC stage ≥ A (all P<0.05).
