In univariate analyses, the following were found to be predictors of OS: age > 65 years; AFP > 36.8 ng/mL; PT > 13 s; tumor diameter > 3 cm; blood loss > 275 mL; duration of postoperative hospitalization > 10 d; intraoperative ultrasound; major hepatectomy; microvascular invasion; perineural invasion; CNLC stage ≥ Ib; ALICE-CNLC stage ≥ Ib; BCLC stage ≥A; and ALICE-BCLC stage ≥ A(all P<0.05).
