While several studies have reported on the treatment of patients with the coexistence of EGFR and ALK rearrangement, there is no reported case of a patient with EML4-ALK-positive (EML4-ALK+) lung adenocarcinoma, harboring concurrent mutations in tumor protein 53 (TP53), EGFR, and receptor tyrosine-protein kinase erbB-2 (ERBB2). Here, TP53 is linked to lung adenocarcinoma.
