ALB and sarcopenia: Univariate analysis showed that (Table 5), KPS < 80 (HR 2.49, 95%CI [1.28–4.85], p = 0.007), albumin <40.0 g/L (HR 1.84, 95%CI [1.16–2.91], p = 0.010), T stage (3-4) (HR 2.58, 95%CI [1.18–5.63], p = 0.017), N stage (2-3) (HR 1.68, 95%CI [1.07–2.65], p = 0.026), TNM stage (III-IV) (HR 1.67, 95%CI [1.00–2.78], p = 0.050) and sarcopenia (HR 1.90, 95%CI [1.11–3.25], p = 0.020) were adverse factors for PFS.
