Further, knockdown of HAT1 (Fig. 6E) or overexpression of SIRT3 (Fig. 6F) in NPC cells, IP assay results showed that HAT1-mediated ACSL4 acetylation inhibited its ubiquitination, and SIRT3-mediated ACSL4 deacetylation promoted its ubiquitination. Here, HAT1 is linked to nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
