Moreover, kidney CD4+ TRM cells from patients with ANCA-GN exhibited significantly lower expression of ISR-associated genes (for example, PPP1R15A, PPP1R15B, ATF3 and ATF4) compared to kidney CD4+ TRM cells from healthy controls (Fig. 5d and Extended Data Fig. 8a), suggesting CD4+ TRM cells in patients with ANCA-GN could have higher mRNA translation efficiency.
