At 12 weeks, predictors of adverse functional outcomes encompassed older age, hypertension, atrial fibrillation, reduced albumin level, usage of lipid-lowering medications, lower initial GCS scores, elevated NIHSS scores at onset and 24 h post-ER admission, presence of immobility adverse events, extended hospital stays, longer onset-to-first PT time, reduced ability to sit independently without physical assistance, impaired ability to sit independently for 2 min, putamen haematoma, increased ICH volume and ICH score, and the presence of IVH (Table S1B). Here, ALB is linked to atrial fibrillation.
