LAMB2 and neoplasm: The strong outward communication of tissue stem cells in the LAMININ signalling pathway may indicate that they play a central role in the organization and functional regulation of the extracellular matrix, particularly in forming the tumour microenvironment and in the interaction of tumour cells with their surroundings, revealing a potential role for XBP1, TRPC6 and TTC28 in the extracellular matrix.
