To study the exact roles of ZNF32 NSs caused by mutations of histidine 179 and 183 in breast cancer cells, we first constructed green fluorescence protein (GFP) fusion expression plasmids with H179A, H183A, and H179, 183A of ZNF32 for transfection to breast cancer cells using ZR-75-30 breast cancer cells overexpressing ZNF32 (wild-type or WT) as the control. Here, ZNF32 is linked to breast carcinoma.
