CD8A and Zika virus infectious disease: These responses were significantly higher than those induced before the challenge (Fig. 2G) with E294-302-specific CD8+ T cells (~300 SFC/million splenocytes) and E646-662-specific CD4+ T cells (<50 SFC/million splenocytes) suggesting that ZIKV infection was associated with a significant anamnestic increase in MVA-ZIKV vaccine induced CD8+ and CD4+ T cell responses.
