PTK2 and acute promyelocytic leukemia: The scientific significance of this study lies in revealing the role of disrupted lipid metabolism in APL and its regulatory relationship with PTK2, providing a new perspective for the molecular mechanism research of APL; in terms of clinical applications, the study results are expected to provide potential biomarkers and targeted treatment targets for early diagnosis, bleeding risk prediction, and formulation of personalized treatment strategies for APL patients, thereby improving the prognosis of APL patients to a certain extent.
