A diabetic mouse model was successfully established with a circular full-thickness skin defect wound created on the dorsal side of each mouse, as shown in Fig. 3A. The results showed that wound healing was significantly accelerated in mice treated with either shNC ADSCs or recombinant CXCL12 (rCXCL12) compared with the control group.
