In subgroup analysis, we also found a persistently lower level of TC in patients with AML, multiple myeloma, Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a lower level of LDL-C in patients with multiple myeloma, Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, a lower level of HDL-C in patients with AML, and a lower level of ApoA-I in patients with AML or non-Hodgkin lymphoma, more than 20 years before diagnosis (Fig. 1B-E). This evidence concerns the gene APOA1 and AL amyloidosis.
