In this study, multiplex-IHC for six markers, cytokeratin 7, E-cadherin, MUC-1, Calretinin, and PAX8, which are epithelial cell markers associated with the female genital tract and are involved in the structure and development of the cell, and the ovarian cancer marker CA-125 was applied to IHOSE cell lines [2,28]. The gene discussed is CALB2; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
