Based on the training and validation cohorts of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICA) bulk transcriptomes, seven metabolic enzymes were confirmed to be overexpressed in cases with poor prognosis: FH, MAT2B, PLOD2, PLOD1, PDE6D, ALDOC, and NT5DC3. Here, MAT2B is linked to intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma.
