In contrast, the metastatic lung adenocarcinoma showed neoplastic cells with marked nuclear pleomorphism, intracytoplasmic eosinophilic hyaline globules, and TTF‐1 immunoreactivity, findings typically seen in lung adenocarcinoma with MET exon 14 skipping in an elderly female nonsmoker [4].
