Daidzein substantially decreased the growth and size of ovarian cancer tumors by blocking the RAF/MEK/ERK signaling mechanism, G2/M2 cell cycle arrest, and reducing p-FAK, p-PI3K, p-AKT, p-GSK3β, p21 or cyclin D1 expression in ovarian cancer cells (Singla et al., 2024).
