According to literature, high density of tumor-infiltrating Tregs expressing Foxp3 correlated with poor outcome in breast (Bates et al., 2006), ovaries (Curiel et al., 2004), lungs cancer (Petersen et al., 2006), hepatocellular and renal cell cancer (Gao et al., 2007; Li et al., 2009), pancreatic cancer (Hiraoka et al., 2006), gastric cancer (Hiraoka et al., 2006; Perrone et al., 2008) and cervix cancer (Jordanova et al., 2008).
