In contrast, cancer types with high rates of TMB≥10 and lower ctDNA shed like non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) and endometrial cancer (both with median TF 0.4%), bTMB≥10 was detected less frequently than TMB≥10 (NSCLC: 34% TMB≥10 versus 18% bTMB≥10; endometrial: 22% versus 14%).
