Sensitivity analysis was adjusted for confounding variables to ascertain theinfluence of PSA and Gleason scores on RT or CT in patients with PC on CVD risk.In Model 1, robust adjusted HRs were observed for PSA scores of10–20 ng/mL (crude HR: 1.28, 95% CI: 1.20–1.36, p < 0.001), >20ng/mL (crude HR: 1.34, 95% CI: 1.24–1.45, p < 0.001), and Gleasonscores = 7 (crude HR: 1.19, 95% CI: 1.13–1.26, p < 0.001) and >7(crude HR: 1.36, 95% CI: 1.27–1.46, p < 0.001) (Table 2,Supplementary Table 3). The gene discussed is KLK3; the disease is pachyonychia congenita.
