Futhermore, motif analysis via ISMARA software showed that CIN + organoids present a relevant higher activity of motives belonging to transcription factors involved in EMT, such as PRRX1, SMARCC2, ETV4 and ETS2, as well as TEAD3_TEAD1, member of the Hippo-YAP signaling pathway (Fig. 4c) as compared with CIN- organoids.
