Furthermore, TNFα, an inflammatory mediator involved in immune responses and apoptosis, may increase in AD and activate inflammatory responses via the NFκB pathway, directly impacting neuronal toxicity[60,61].In conclusion, these four pathways enriched with biomarkers are involved in multiple mechanisms of AD pathogenesis.The enriched signaling pathways illustrate the strong correlation between the four biomarkers and AD. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and Alzheimer disease.
