Additionally, the expressions of CTNNB1, GSK3B, MYC, TP53, and RPS27A differed significantly between stage IV colon cancer and normal (p < 0.05; Fig. 11), while that of APP, CTNNB1, HIF1A, MYC, TP53, COL1A1, and H3-3B differed significantly between stage IV rectum adenocarcinoma and normal tissues.
