To elucidate the precise molecular mechanisms governing miR‐146a's anti‐inflammatory actions in AP, future studies should consider the manipulation of miR‐146a expression levels in the pancreas, as well as the use of specific antagonists and agonists targeting the TRAF6/NF‐κB signaling pathway or the utilization of knockout transgenic mice. The gene discussed is NFKB1; the disease is alkaline phosphatase measurement.
