Meanwhile, we observed that the expression level of ITGAV was significantly positively correlated with the aggregation of the macrophage marker CD68 and the CAFs marker COL1A1.The LIHC tissues with high expression of ITGAV showed stronger red and green fluorescence signals than those with low expression of ITGAV, which suggested that tumor tissues from patients with high expression of ITGAV may contain more macrophages and CAFs. Here, CD68 is linked to neoplasm.
