Table 1 presents the demographic characteristics in detail. A test of adrenal hormones revealed that patients with primary aldosteronism exhibited elevated aldosterone levels and ARRs, while displaying lower renin concentrations compared to patients with NFA or Cushing’s syndrome. Conversely, patients with Cushing’s syndrome demonstrated higher cortisol levels than patients with NFA or primary aldosteronism did (Figure 1). Here, REN is linked to primary aldosteronism.
