KIF2C and cancer: Guo et al. (2024) revealed the mechanism of TiaoPi AnChang Decoction (TPACD) treating colorectal cancer by integrating UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS, network pharmacology and bioinformatics techniques, and its anti-cancer effect was realized by targeting MMP3. It is reported that Esketamine can negatively regulate the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells, and through further bioinformatics analysis, it was found that esketamine may show anti-esophageal squamous cell carcinoma properties by affecting the expression of ERCC6L, AHR and KIF2C proteins (Li et al., 2023).
