This study investigated the role and underlying mechanisms by which miR-200a-3p and miR-200b-3p regulated the development of obesity-associated inflammation and dysregulation of lipid metabolism, and we evidenced that miR-200a-3p and miR-200b-3p activated the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway, resulting in the lipid accumulation and promoting obesity-associated metabolism disorder. The gene discussed is MTOR; the disease is metabolic disease.
